This free community event is perfect for pregnant moms, new moms (up to 1 year after birth), and families with young kids (under 5).
Enjoy Bachata dance, simple health education, and fun toddler-friendly activities. Learn about maternal health, get support during pregnancy and postpartum, and connect with other families in a safe and welcoming space.
This family-friendly event brings our community together to support family wellness, parenting, and healthy lifestyles. It’s also a great space for Spanish-speaking families, with a bilingual (English/Spanish) environment for everyone to feel included.

Este evento comunitario gratuito es para personas embarazadas, mamás en postparto (hasta 1 año después del parto) y familias con niños pequeños (menores de 5 años).
Disfruta de baile de Bachata, educación de salud sencilla y actividades para niños pequeños. Aprende sobre la salud materna, recibe apoyo durante el embarazo y el postparto, y conéctate con otras familias en un espacio seguro y acogedor.
Este evento familiar une a la comunidad para apoyar el bienestar familiar, la crianza y estilos de vida saludables. También es un espacio inclusivo para familias hispanohablantes, con un ambiente bilingüe (inglés/español).
