About this Event
The beauty of Yoga is that it benefits children of every age group. Our sessions focus on babies between 8 weeks - rolling. We balance relaxation with stretching sequences thus improving babies balance and co-ordination, stimulating their senses and encouraging brain development through cross lateral movements. The session helps strengthen the Mother-baby bond through fun interactions and we incorporate songs and rhymes that are co-ordinated with movements and there are a few moves for Mum too.
Sessions last approximately an hour with time for parents and carers to have a natter at the end as well as browsing our book collections.
Please note: Babies should be a minimum of 8 weeks old and have had their 6 week G.P. check at start of classes. One order per child.
To ensure our sessions are available to as many families as possible we ask that only one adult attends with their child
We provide yoga mats, however you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.
