Description: Research shows that using sign language with babies improves cognitive and emotional development, advanced speaking and higher IQ, even after signing is no longer in use. During this workshop, participants will learn how using baby sign language builds a supportive environment for building warm and trusting relationships with infants. Participants will learn and practice signs they can use immediately in their program and to share with families. Core of Knowledge: 3 Special Needs
