Baby Mombo blends gentle dance moves, upbeat music, and plenty of smiles while your baby stays snuggled close to you in their sling or carrier.
It’s a really great way to get moving again postnatally, boost your mood, and connect with other moms in a warm, fun and supportive class. And of course as a midwife, your safety and your baby's safety is my main concern.
The rhythm, rocking, and closeness helps to soothe your baby and support their sensory development, while you enjoy bonding time, gentle fitness, and a lift for your postnatal well-being and mood as we boogy on down to some great tunes!
I run 4- and 5-week courses in Shirley, Solihull, Harborne, and Sutton Coldfield, making it easy to find a class near you.
