Baby Massage - 5 week Course

Tickets are free but must be booked in advance on Oakengates Town Council's page on Eventbrite, alternatively tickets can be booked in person at The Wakes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am-1pm.

• Course Details - This is a 5 week course delivered by an International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) registered trainer. It will run weekly on a Friday from 9th January, from 1pm until 2:30pm.
• The course is suitable for newborn to pre-crawling babies.

Week 1 - 9th January - Legs, feet and a short tummy massage for relief of wind and colic

Week 2 - 16th January - Full tummy and chest massage

Week 3 - 23rd January - Arm and hand massage

Week 4 - 30th January - Face and back massage

Week 5 - 6th February - Gentle yoga stretches, full body massage and how to adapt for your growing child
