Join us at The Rainbow Play Space in the East Village for a Freya Movement Studio Pop Up class: Baby Groove, a baby wearing dance class. No dance background required; just bring your baby, your carrier, and your energy for movement with a groove, bonding, and fun with fellow new parents.
Afterwards, enjoy hanging out with new friends and build your village. We'll have goodie bags from our favorite baby products for you to take home.
Created for new parents and their carrier wearing babies. Feel free to reach out if you need accommodation for siblings or age adjustment for development needs.
About Freya Movement Studio:
Freya Movement Studio is a NYC-based prenatal and postpartum wellness space offering science-backed group fitness classes, private training, birth and postpartum doula support, and community-centered resources to empower expecting and new parents with strength, confidence, education, and compassionate care.
Enjoy 1 hour of open play after class at The Rainbow without the need for a membership. You are 100% responsible for your child / children when at The Rainbow.
⭐ 45 minute class, (1 child and 1 adult): $37
⭐ 1 hour open play after class: $0 - included in price of class
