Have you “herd” the news? OMG!!! Oh My Goat Yoga!!! Baby Goat Yoga is returning to the studio. You asked and we delivered. Kandis and her new babies 🐐🧘🏻♀️will be back in May 👏🏻 (No kidding 🙃). Join us as we welcome back special guest instructor Kandis Miranda to the studio with her new baby goats for our next Goat Yoga Class.
This is a beginner friendly one hour yoga class on Saturday May 16th 10am.
As Kandis guides you through your practice the babies will run around greeting everyone. They may even jump on your lap for extra cuddles.
Why Yoga with a goat you ask 🙋🏻♀️ Scientific research shows that spending time with animals can help alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. Plus it’s fun and relaxing for all.
