A morning just for moms — and their minis❤️
Join us for a relaxing Baby & Mommy Pilates class followed by a cozy social hour and light refreshments with fellow moms. This is your chance to move, connect, and recharge — all in one nurturing space.
Led by a certified Pilates instructor, this session is designed to gently rebuild strength, support postpartum recovery, and help you feel grounded while bonding with your baby.
After class, stay to mingle, sip on Drink Poppi refreshments, and enjoy meaningful conversations with other local moms.
