This event takes place on April 17, 24, May 8, 15, 22, 29Friday morning at 11:45, we’ll explore soft yoga flow, breathwork, light strengthening, and restorative moments — all while incorporating your little one through songs, touch, and connection. Babies can rest on blankets, be held, or join in the movement as you feel called.
This series is open to any and all caregivers — moms, dads, grandparents, adoptive parents, and guardians — with babies who are not yet crawling.
Together we’ll:
• Rebuild strength and stability
• Support pelvic floor and core recovery
• Ease neck, shoulder, and low back tension
• Encourage nervous system regulation for both caregiver and baby
• Cultivate community and shared support
Come as you are. Feed, change, soothe — everything is welcome here. This is a space to move gently, feel held, and support one another through connection and care.
