Baby and Me Experience: Southern Italian Pasta Traditions

Gather your baby carriers and join our skilled chefs as we uncover the secrets behind crafting classic Italian dishes. This class is designed for caregivers to bring their babies (newborn to 18 months) and immerse themselves in the world of authentic Italian cuisine.

In this unique experience, babies and their caregivers will have the special opportunity to gather around our expert instructor and delve into the art of preparing Sothern Italian Pasta from scratch, think cavatelli and orecchiette.

You will then get to enjoy our chef creation along with a selected wine pairing or non-alcoholic drink.

This class not only offers a delightful culinary experience but also provides caregivers with a unique opportunity to connect over food and their shared love of Italian cuisine. Our intimate setting ensures personalized attention, fostering a sense of community among like-minded parents.

In this class guests will:

- Watch the chef of La Scuola demonstrate how to make Pasta dough from scratch.

-Learn how to shape some pasta with our chef support.

-Watch and learn from the chef how to prepare Cacio and Pepe Pasta.

- Sip on a glass of welcome prosecco while enjoying a selected antipasto creation

- Enjoy the finished dish paired with a glass of wine chosen by our beverage expert

- Make new friends

Menu:

• Antipasto accompanied by a welcome Prosecco or refreshing mocktail.
• Pasta Cacio e Pepe accompanied by a selected wine pairing or non alcoholic drink.

Nota Bene

• This will be an intimate experience for up to 8 adults to attend.
• Ticket is intended for one caregiver + a baby (0-18months)
• You can purchase a second ticket if you would like to share the experience with a loved one.
• Please note this experience cannot accomodate vegetarian or vegan dietary restrictions.

• Please notify us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any allergies/dietary restrictions, we may not be able to accommodate them.

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 19 or older.
