Join Lucy B for a lie down and rest from the comfort of your own home.
Sunday 28th July 7.30pm-9pm
In a world where we are always on the go its hard to take the time to stop and get the rest we need. This is 90 mins of wiggling and deep rest to give you the space to indulge in the down time you deserve.
What is does it include
-Slow, grounded, embodied movement
-`Restorative Postures
-Yoga Nidra with extended rest
What do you need?
-Yoga mat or blanket to practice on
-Bolster or Pillows (or both!)
-Comfy warm clothes you can move in
-Note book and pen
This class is for all levels and experinces.
*If you are a member of Zoom Club you do not need to buy a ticket!
About Lucy
Lucy is a 680hr yoga teacher specialising in inclusive practices who has been teaching yoga since 2015. She loves working with students of all shapes and sizes, ages and abilities. Her aim is to help her students feel empowered in a fun and inclusive space open to all.
Being a teacher in a larger body she has experienced first hand just how intimidating and exclusive yoga spaces can be which is why she aims to create a friendly and warm environment which makes everyone feel included. She is the co founder of Big Yoga Club and has taught on teacher trainigns internationally.
