Green🍀 friendly, so dress in green and let's prove you don’t need fancy equipment to get a great workout! We’ll move, sweat, laugh and complete the workout together!
I want all fitness levels, beginner to expert! My goal is to support you, cheer you on and help you show up as the best version of yourself possible while leading you in a group style workout!
After the workout, we’ll have time to hang out and connect. I’ll also have complimentary samples for everyone, including 1st Phorm post-workout protein, protein bars, protein sticks and pre-workout energy.
Park anywhere in the North Hills lot and walk to the gymnasium on the backside of the school. We’ll be inside!
