This is your essential mid-month, zero-judgement space to disconnect from the stress of the festive season and reconnect with yourself and your community.
What to Expect:
- 8:00 PM - The Workout: A high-intensity, full-body session designed to build physical and mental resilience. No previous experience is needed - just bring a bottle of water and a willingness to push yourself.
- 9:00 PM - The Brotherhood Circle: A completely confidential, non-judgemental space for real talk. We'll focus on the challenges of the season, reflect on the year, and set intentions to finish strong.
This is practical support, not therapy. It's where men build allies, hold each other accountable, and break the silence on what’s really going on.
