6:00pm — Arrival & Welcome Cocktail
A relaxed arrival and gentle start to the evening.
6:30pm — Opening Moment & First Course
A short welcome to frame the night, followed by the first course and conversation.
7:15pm — Second Course
Conversations deepen as dinner continues and connections begin to take shape.
8:00pm — The Shift
A considered moment to move seats and spark new conversations.
9:00pm — Gentle Close
An unhurried finish, with space to linger for longer.
