It’s farewell (for now) to two of The Grand’s most popular entertainers of the last decade, as the Brazilian Twins – B2wins—have announced their move back to their native Brazil, after calling Iowa “home” for decades. In the heart of the most dangerous slums of Rio de Janeiro, twin brothers Walter and Wagner Caldas grew up the sunny slums of Niteroi, juxtaposed against a world of violence, poverty, and despair. At just 13, they began performing. Word quickly spread, and soon they were no longer just a pair of boys from the slums; they were icons, their music a beacon of hope and resilience The Twins deliver more than just music—they embody a story of resilience, passion, and the unbreakable bond between brothers.
