B-BOARD® LEG, BUM & CORE:
Class Description:
Get ready to sculpt, sweat, and smile! This dynamic class targets your glutes, legs, and core, using the unique wobbling effect of the B-BOARD® to activate deeper muscle engagement and improve overall stability. You’ll feel muscles working you didn’t even know you had!
What to expect:
- A high energy blend of cardio and resistance training
- All performed on a balance board that mimics the feel of working out on water
- A fun, effective, and low-impact workout that challenges your balance and build strength from the inside out
What to bring:
- Comfortable fitness attire
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
- Towel for sweat and comfort
- Practice is done barefoot or with grip socks - no shoes needed

Whether you're new to fitness or an experienced athlete, this class is designed for every body. You control the intensity while building strength and balance at your own pace.
First Time? Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Eric, the inventor of B-BOARD®, will personally introduce you to board safety, technique, and how to get on and off the board properly – ensuring a confident and effective experience.
