Why NOW?
At a time when there is a generalized perception of chaos characterized by political polarization, financial turmoil, social unrest, environmental crisis, and recent memories and experiences of a health pandemic, our personal and collective is vulnerable. Never-the-less, it's important to understand we have a choice.
We have a choice to restore and nurture the well-being of our mind, body and soul. We can restore and strengthen our ability to lead healthy, meaningful lives, and thrive in service of others.
Through practices like Ayurvedic Yoga, we choose a radical act of both self-love and love to all that exists.
In times of rapid change, we can choose to create a positive impact on our lives which in turn radiates love toward our family, friends, peers, and neighbors.
Together, we are choosing to transform our lives and our world one act of love at a time.
N amaste.
