Ayurveda, or ancient Indian medicine, is, simply put, the practice of living in tune with nature. We look to the 5 elements of nature and how those elements interact and fit with our personal constitution or inborn nature and use this to guide a more harmonious way of living. We are all unique in what we need as far as food and lifestyle practices are concerned. There is no one-size-fits-all formula that works equally for all of us. Through Ayurvedic cooking, we include all 6-tastes in warm, fresh, and lightly spiced foods to satiate our bodies and minds on a cellular level. We ground the mind and create balance for overall health and wellness.
