Join us for a thoughtfully guided Ayurveda Workshop exploring the ancient wisdom of the science of life through a modern, yoga-centered lens. This experiential session will introduce Ayurveda as a holistic system for understanding your mind, body, and energy, while offering practical tools to support balance and self-awareness.
Participants will explore the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and gain insight into their own constitution and how it shifts with seasons, lifestyle, and daily habits. The workshop integrates gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, yogic philosophy, and simple lifestyle practices you can carry into everyday life.
To support embodied learning, we’ll also experience Ayurveda through mindful nourishment. A small, plant-based snack table and herbal teas will offer a sensory introduction to dosha-balancing foods, encouraging curiosity and awareness rather than rigid rules.
