We will be focusing on the following:
- Origins and Philosophy of Ayurveda - 45 mins - module 1 on 24th Oct.
- Daily routines from waking to sleeping - 45 mins - module 2 on 31st Oct.
- Dietary practices and the role of nutrition in health - 45 mins - module 3 on 7th Nov.
- Psycho-emotional wellness practices - 45 mins - module 4 on 14th Nov.
The session will be led by Renu Gulati a UK qualified Lawyer with a logical mind. Renu is has a Masters degree in Sanskrit and a Masters degree in Ayurveda Medicine. She is an international teacher on Ayurveda and knows how to blend the logic of the timeless ancient knowledge systems of the east with westernised modern living making Ayurveda applicable and accessible to modern life.
