Have you ever noticed yourself feeling more scattered, anxious and ungrounded as mother nature transitions from late summer into autumn? Do you feel less juicy, a little spacey? Is your sleep erratic? Do you feel the cold more or suffer seasonal allergies..?
If any of these resonate, you probably have a Vata imbalance.
It’s OK!
This is completely normal for the time of year and is simply natures way of gently nudging you to make a few adjustments.
Join me for an immersive morning of Ayurvedic wisdom for a healthy transition into the Autumn and early winter season.
Known in Ayurveda as Vata season.
Discover your personal dosha and explore how to keep mind and body balanced through a nourishing Ayurvedic diet and self care practices.
How you eat, sleep, exercise and meditate can all be modified for a grounded, calm and connected season ahead.
Observing the changing seasons and adjusting accordingly is one of the mainstays of Dinacharya- Ayurvedas way of keeping us in balance throughout the year.
We’ll share a cup of home made, warming masala chai and some seasonal snacks.
And you’ll leave with recipes, a home made seasonal spice mix to add to your Autumn soups and stews as well as some seasonal recipes and self care tip sheets.
Numbers will be limited to create an intimate atmosphere and give you a more personal experience.
Please get in touch to ask for more info and to book your space.
Doors close on Friday 3rd October.
Please bring a notepad and pen and wear comfy clothing as we’ll be rounding off the workshop with a lovely, grounding meditation that I can’t wait to share on the day and forwarded as a recording if you’d like to practice at home later.
I’m looking forward to sharing the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with you.
No previous knowledge is needed.
