About this Event
Ayurveda is a resource to guide the body and mind back to wholeness whenever life throughs it out of sorts.
We will lay the foundations of this sister science of Yoga so you have the tools to be the most balanced version of yourself. You will also learn how to formulate a daily routine in a way that supports an energetic balance for your energetic constitution. This program is for anyone who wants to dive deeper into how Ayurveda can heal and balance you and for teachers who want to incorporate Ayurveda into their teaching skills.
