Prior to our planned Ayurvedic dinner from the garden inspired organic cuisine together, you will receive an Ayurvdic Consultation form to fill out. This may help with your adaptibility to seasons, health changes, digestion, skin, allergies, sleep and regenereative energy level in this basic introduction to a holistic & creative lifestyle. This is your chance to ask questions about yours consititution, leaving empowered & inspired, while you eat a delicious, conscious, organic meal.
