You're invited to learn more about yourself through the ancient eye of Ayurveda, which is the holistic health system that is linked with Yoga. Dusty and Andrea will guide you through which Ayurvedic constitution (dosha) you align with, which will allow you to support your body, mind and spirit better.
Ayurvedic food & drinks will be provided.
This day will include yoga for your dosha, breath work, fire & ice experience, Ayurveda talk and kriya experiences, and will end with a nourishing Yoga Nidra & sound therapy session.
You'll leave feeling energized, balanced, and with an Ayurvedic Goodie bag curated especially for this day.
