Public Works and As You Like It join forces to celebrate 15-years of AYLI with an all-star line-up of three cutting edge, underground artists Helena Hauff (DE), Anthony Rother (DE) and Powder (JP). Following a summer of European gigs and a weekender collab between Parameter and Endzeit, Kudeki returns to the AYLI fold and will set the dance-floor perfectly for the full night of dancing. Arrive early (9PM) and stay late (4AM).
For the special occasion, we're bringing in a special 4-corner Funktion-One to re-enforce the room and deliver a punch that you'll feel throughout your body. In a addition, Subset and Adam Kennedy promise an immersive video experience that'll still keep the dark-corners alive and thriving to lose yourself in the music.
Please keep your talking on the dance-floor to a minimum. Please respect your fellow dancers and keep phone use to a minimum on dance-floor. We want all dancers to enjoy their experience.
Tune In. Quality. Est. 2010.
AYLI'S STORY:
The Bay Area's vast contributions to dance music culture run deep underground—a family tree rooted in psychedelic rave, radical funk, and electronic invention, steeped in global influences. Beginning in 2010, As You Like It (AYLI) extended this sparkling legacy with fifteen years of parties dedicated to quality, intimacy, and an inclusivity.
Timelessness—reflected in AYLI's beloved influences from Detroit and Chicago to NYC, Paris, London, Tokyo, and Berlin—as well as diversity, evidenced by each party's distinctive lineup, are the crew's watchwords, deployed across an ever-changing techno landscape. Outdoor picnics in Golden Gate Park, undergrounds in Oakland, and ambitious all-night affairs have brought together some of the most excitingly varied lineups of DJs and performers in Bay Area memory.
AYLI stands strong in our commitment to preserving the vibrant underground culture that unites us all. Our mission is to create a haven where everyone feels safe, valued, and celebrated. We believe that the dance-floor is a space where we come together and thrive.
We aim for “No One Turned Away For Lack Of Funds.” We ask that you reach out before each event ([email protected]) to be added to the guest list or for discounted entry. We want you there.
Join us in embracing San Francisco’s tradition of celebrating diversity, as we proudly declare a ZERO tolerance policy towards racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, ageism, sexism, misogyny, or any offensive behavior. Respect and acceptance is premium.
Lose yourself in the moment. Lose yourself in the music. We ask for no cameras on the dance floor. Please respect the person next to you on the dance-floor and have conversations elsewhere.
If you feel uncomfortable or witness any behavior that goes against our values, please reach out to an AYLI family member or the venue’s dedicated staff. We are here to listen, support, and respond to your concerns.
Join us in celebrating music, art, and underground culture in a safe space to build community through a shared taste in music, late nights forged without prejudice. We aim to make As You Like It a beacon of inclusivity, acceptance, and understanding where all feel welcome.
