A great chance to explore all things menopausal and meet other people who are also on this rollercoaster ride!
About this Event

Angie Lake has been teaching yoga for over 10 years now (and is loving every second of it!).
She started practising yoga many years ago whilst living in Sri Lanka in her 20s and came back to it when recovering from alcoholism at aged 40. Yoga is now her life.

Angie originally qualified as an Ashtanga teacher, and a couple of years later completed her Vinyasa training in Zanzibar! Since then, she has trained in Menopause Yoga and CPD training.

"I would like to think that I teach from the heart with warmth and compassion and feel strongly that yoga is for EVERYBODY. My own yoga practice, both on and off the mat, is continually evolving and I feel incredibly lucky to teach what I love. Opening Lila yoga with Sarah and Moira is a dream come true and I can’t wait to build a caring, fun and inclusive community."

We hope that through this workshop you find a community of people also experiencing menopausal symptoms, where there is support for one and other, a place to let go, and skills in moving and breathing that could be beneficial for you.

Meeting point: The Salisbury Centre | Art Room

Meeting time: 12:20

What to bring: Comfortable clothing & a yoga matt (please let me know in advance if you need one)

What will be provided: teas and a homemade treat
