Our multi-day retreats offer an immersive journey into plant medicine, beginning with a personal call to discuss your needs and determine if our program is the right fit for you. Before your arrival, we’ll provide a preparation guide, establish a group chat, and host a preparatory Zoom call to introduce the group and address any inquiries.
As you arrive at our hallowed retreat, our team will welcome you and help you settle in. We’ll engage in a group discussion reflecting the retreat’s theme and partake in a communal bonding activity. This sets the stage for setting intentions and preparing for the evening’s ceremony. We will then open up the space for our ceremony calling on the four winds and power animals and do a tobacco cleansing for each participant creating a sacred set and setting before taking the medicine. The next day starts with a nourishing breakfast and a reflective integration circle. Activities like gentle hikes or yoga will segue into mental fortification exercises and rituals, culminating in the preparation for the second evening’s ceremony.
The subsequent morning features a robust breakfast and another integration circle, where we delve deeper into discussions to equip you for reintegration into daily life. You’ll receive an integration workbook and we’ll encourage ongoing group support through our chat platform. A scheduled follow-up Zoom call will ensure continued support for all participants.
Over the weekend, we’ll focus on releasing emotional burdens and fostering self-love to heal the inner child. Through targeted exercises, meditations, music, and movement, we aim to unlock positive mental pathways, establish grounding, and embrace self-compassion.
