What is the split?
Please note: RAW (naked knees, no knee wraps or knee sleeves). Classic RAW (knee wraps or knee sleeves).
DAY 1: Tuesday 6th September
Full power Raw MEN open and master classes, all weight classes
DAY 2: Wednesday 7th September
Full power Classic Raw MEN open and master classes, all weight classes
DAY 3: Thursday 8th September
Full power RAW - ALL WOMEN RAW.
ALL MALE TEENAGE CLASSES RAW AND CLASSIC RAW
ALL MALE JUNIOR RAW AND CLASSIC RAW
DAY 4: Friday 9th September
Full power Classic Raw ALL Women age and weight classes. All full power equipped lifters men and women
DAY 5: Saturday 10th September
All single lifts bench press and deadlift MALE AND FEMALE, all weight and age classes.

These are 24 hour ONLY - NO on the day weigh ins
9am to 11am and 6pm to 8pm
How do I enter? Invitation only for British competitors and ONLY through the A/WPC Country Head for foreign team entries.
