Join us for a community-centered workshop on bone health and osteoporosis, designed for Mandarin-speaking communities.

Osteoporosis is a common but serious condition—often called a “silent disease” because it can go unnoticed until a fracture occurs. Asian women are at increased risk, yet many do not receive timely, culturally responsive education or care.

This workshop offers a welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and take proactive steps toward better bone health.
