Need a little break?Curious to try a new way to practice mindfulness?
Looking for something playful —and meaningful?
👉 You are warmly invited to step into Aware in Motion, a taster session introducing a new way to practice mindfulness.
We use simple rhythmic steps and music to anchor awareness. Attention rests on the sensations in the feet — grounding and steadying.
This practice might help you to:
- Steady attention
- Return from distraction
- Find stability when life feels overwhelming
- Bring joy and playfulness into your mindfulness practice
- Experience more well-being
💡 How it works
Research in mindfulness, movement, and music shows that gentle rhythm and focused attention can calm the mind and support well-being. Aware in Motion brings these strands together in a simple, accessible way.
