On March 20-22, 2026, join Renée Trudeau — a transformational teacher, author, catalyst, and master retreat facilitator—for a deeply restorative self-renewal program just for women at 1440 Multiversity. Through immersive learning experiences, nourishing seasonal meals and time to connect with yourself and other women, you will cultivate new ways of Living Well in the redwoods.
Rest in stillness, nature, and yoga nidra and learn about the power of doing less. Enjoy authentic connection with like-hearted women of all ages as you embrace new ways of being and experience greater freedom and joy.
Commuter Pass Ticket:
- Tickets are available for the full three-day program only, and are $895.84 ($850 tuition plus $45.84 sales tax).
- This ticket option is for day learning delegates who will be attending workshop sessions and lunch only.
- Overnight accommodations are not available with this ticket option.

- Awakening Your Wild Soul program workshops
- All sustainable, locally sourced meals beginning with dinner on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday
- Up to three daily signature classes such as yoga, meditation, art, and movement activities (hiking, tai chi, and qigong)

Meet Your Faculty Member, Renée Trudeau
Renée Peterson Trudeau is an internationally recognized transformational coach, founder of Career Strategists, and author of two award-winning books: The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal and Nurturing the Soul of Your Family. A visionary teacher and speaker for over 25 years, she serves as adjunct faculty at 1440 Multiversity and other retreat centers.
Renée has certified over 450 women leaders in ten countries to lead personal renewal groups and retreats based on her acclaimed self-care curriculum. Passionate about helping women reclaim their sovereignty through embodied spirituality, she has created transformational experiences for more than two decades.
Raised in the Sierra Nevada, Texas Hill Country, and Blue Ridge Mountains—where she now lives—Renée is a strong advocate for nature’s healing power. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Spirituality & Health, US News & World Report, and Yoga Journal. A graduate of the Wisdom Heart Mystery School, she now leads Wild Souls Adventures, offering authentic movement, song circles, and more.
