About this Event
Awakening to our Oneness with Flowers
Discover how flowers shape our world, our cultures, and our well-being in this five-session immersive course blending research from neuroscience, psychology, sensory science, and ecology. Each week focuses on one sense: sight, smell, touch, sound, and taste, examining how sensory experience shapes stress regulation, memory, perception, and learning.
Sessions combine short, research-informed talks with guided sensory practices and practical applications for daily life and professional contexts. You don’t need any botanical knowledge or gardening experience, only curiosity and a willingness to observe.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how sensory engagement with flowers serves as a gateway to emotional depth and spiritual connection, thereby supporting both human and ecological well-being.
Join us in person for a one-of-a-kind experience designed to help you slow down, tap into nature’s wisdom as you reconnect, and recharge.
Reserve your spot and join us, we can’t wait to see you there!
