Dr. Rachel Miller is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified Pilates instructor, and the founder of The Pilates PT. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she fuses orthopedic and pelvic floor Physical Therapy with Pilates to provide a more holistic approach. After becoming a Mom, she realized the lack of postpartum care and became passionate about incorporating pelvic floor rehabilitation (and prevention). Beyond the clinic, Rachel serves as an educator, co-author for a prenatal/postnatal certification course, and clinical mentor. Whether leading a community class or teaching continuing education courses for fitness and rehab experts, her mission remains the same: to educate and empower others to better understand their bodies and feel their best.
