Awakening Flow is a summer outdoor yoga series designed to help you reset your nervous system, move with intention, and build community in the heart of Providence.

Join us for an all-levels outdoor flow at 195 District Park, including a complimentary build-your-own coffee bar featuring hot and iced coffee, flavors, and dairy + non-dairy milk options.

Whether you come once or make it your weekly ritual, this experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and start your day intentionally.
