Ayni: [eye-nee] verb. A Quechua word representing the Andean principle of "sacred reciprocity" with all living beings, the earth, and the cosmos.
Embark on a spiritual journey under July's Waning Gibbous Moon in Aquarius as we gather poolside and around the sacred fire for a heart opening ritual. Working with Aquarian energy and its' humanitarian nature as we flow and heal with the element of air. Opening space, calling in the four directions and the love, wisdom, and support of our ancestors as we teeter between the realms of Spirit and the Middle World, Kay Pacha, the earthly plane of human existence. Clearing energy in body and space, smudging with sacred smoke, as we open the energetic channels to Spirit through a collective oracle reading and intention setting. Moving through a yoga flow rooted in breath, air nourishing the body, supported by the healing effects of reiki. Vibrational healing continues as we find stillness while the body is bathed in sound, softening the nervous system. Opening the heart space, awakening the senses, and connecting with Mama Cacao while we sip on her sweet medicinal nectar and partake in trataka, fire gazing, to deepen the intuition that lives within the third eye. Heart chakra activation continues as we circle around the fire, the pulse of the drum connecting to the pulse of the earth and the life force within. As we allow the inner child to come out and play, we find our voice, expressing sound through singing mantras and medicine songs. Sealing the experience, sharing in circle with kindred Spirts, closing the four directions as your return to Kay Pacha.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
