About this Event
On the night of the Winter Solstice, we gather to honour the return of the sun, the quiet turning point where light begins to grow again after the longest night. Across cultures and centuries, this moment has marked a time for release, reflection, and renewal.
This Awakened Art Night weaves cacao, guided breathwork, live sound, and tactile creation into an evening of sensory ceremony. Guided by Blythe, we move through meditation and conscious breath to open the body and soften the heart. She’ll flow naturally into Delyar’s live sound journey — a layered soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding percussion designed to guide you deeper into presence and stillness.
Each guest will create an abstract tealight holder from air-dry clay — a hand-shaped vessel symbolizing the light that returns after darkness. Formed slowly and intuitively, it becomes both a meditation and a keepsake, a reminder of inner warmth through the winter months ahead.
We’ll close with gentle journaling and reflection prompts led by Blythe, carrying the brightness we’ve rekindled into the new season.
