Life can feel challenging at times, so Frank & I have joined together to show you how to step into a peaceful and blissful state of presence on our first exciting collaboration.
I’ll be guiding you through my simple ‘Rise to Shine’ practice which I do daily to help me step into the most vibrant version of myself, after sharing it all over the world, coming home to guide you through it in the room, feels so exciting.
Frank will be sharing a beautiful Tai Chi, Qigong movement practice.
You will experience the deeply relaxing combination of our two practices, to awaken you to another level of experience which feels reassuring, peaceful, playful and nourishing. With any luck, we’ll do such a good job that you will feel totally inspired to continue at home - because if just feels, so…. gorgeous and is easy to do.
