🌿 Chakra Exploration: Learn about the energetic significance of each chakra and how it relates to your body, emotions, and spirit.
💎 Crystal Meditation: Connect with the properties, elements, and energies of each crystal as you enter a guided meditation. Receive insights, messages, and healing frequencies unique to your experience.
🌬️ Cleansing Breathwork: Begin with breath practices to release stagnant energy and ground your awareness.
🌎 Earth Connection & Toning: Ground into the support of the earth as we use vocal toning to clear and activate energy channels.
🔮Meditation is supported with the sound of a crystal bowl.
This series offers a sacred space to tune into the subtle realms of energy, deepen your awareness, and connect with the wisdom of the earth and its crystalline gifts.
**Please bring a meditation cushion or a blanket to sit on. The store has a few but you may need/want more support with a thicker cushion.
Rabiah has been on the path of practice for over 20 years, exploring mind, body and spirit through yoga, meditation, energy work and plant medicine.
