Awaken to Connection

Modern life overloads our senses, pulls our attention in a dozen directions, and leaves us feeling untethered. Awaken to Connection is a day-long immersive retreat set on 18 acres of sacred land near Temecula. Here, you will practice the skills that cultivate connection. Through carefully designed embodied exercises, relational drills, and moments of deep stillness, you’ll learn to meet yourself and others with clarity, courage, and curiosity. Join us in learning the tools and connecting with community to help you remember how to belong.

Info: Bringing our attention back to ourselves we’ll drop in again before lunch.

Info: Enjoy a wholesome organic catered meal and enjoy the serene grounds with your fellow attendees.

Info: Another round of relational games intended to gently stretch our capacity to hold space for others.

Info: Our last exercises combine our ability to be present in our bodies, attune to ourselves, and connect to the other.

Info: After a day full of connection and growth we’ll close with integrative shares and optionally a somatic practice to bring us home to our bodies before we return to the outside world.
