Course Syllabus

Week 1: Moon Practice: Calm & Stability
Centering, balancing, and activation of the lunar force create healing, peace, and wisdom. This practice stimulates a nurturing energy that allows calm during turbulence and steadiness amid change. It also leads to clarity of mind and the awakening of hidden intelligence and intuition.

Week 2: Sun Practice: Dawning of Higher Perception
Awakening the Force of Transformation
This stage emphasizes an approach to practice that allows mastery of prana, or life force. Sun practice increases vitality, awareness, and inner strength. It awakens subtle forces associated with solar energy and an inner and outer radiance that prepares the ground for the final stages of practice.

Week 3: Fire Practice 1: Illumination & Absorption
Discovering and Living the Ultimate Aim of Practice
The aim of this practice is to awaken the inner fire, or the force of Spirit. Activation of this subtle fire leads to heightened perception and generates the energy that dissolves inertia and the final obstacles to the highest state of Yoga.

Week 4: Fire Practice 2: Activation of Shakti
The Heart Lotus
Awakening the wisdom and power of the heart brings peace and capacity. The heart lotus holds the highest fortune. As it opens, its unique capacities are revealed, unveiling deep joy, stability, and the highest light of discernment.
