Awaken the Lover is an embodied devotion where we acknowledge that it begins from within.
A day to melt into your heart and body held in the warmth of sisterhood.
This is for you whether you are single or in partnership. Mothers. Maidens. Elders.
Your lover lives inside you, waiting for your presence & your touch.

Your facilitators:
Anna Prana
is a wild and playful creative soul, de-armouring bodyworker & breathworker, eco-somatic facilitator and nature guide.
The last 4 years she has offered private sessions in eco-somatic breathwork & tantric de-armouring, co-created different embodiment immersions and workshops, retreats and sister/womb circles. And what they all have in common is a sense of playfulness as well as a grounded approach.
Her passion is to facilitate grounded & regenerative transformational spaces for people and their bodies to remember their intuition, creativity and empowerment. To support people into remembering their sovereignty and she is a strong believer in that we heal in community.
Avalon
is devoted to support truth and love on the planet
Is educated trauma therapist and has been a ceremonialist and spaceholder for the last decade. She has supported hundreds of women to a life that’s more nourished and aligned for the last 15 years and is super passionated about creating space for transformation the last, through safety and somatic new imprints
