This immersive workshop is designed for women to slow down, receive, and reconnect with their inner goddess — the creatrix, the intuitive wisdom, the feminine essence that lives within us all.

Through Gentle movement, Yoga Nidra, and a healing sound bath, we will soften the nervous system, open the heart, and awaken the divine feminine energy within.

What to bring: a yoga mat, pillow or meditation cushion, blanket ,anything that makes you feel cozy and a flowy scarf for the gentle movement

Info: An intuitive slow flow movement. To awaken the body mind and soul. An embodied feminine movement . What resonates with you, explore and be free to express your divine self. Will utilize scarves yoga dance and flow. No experience necessary.

Info: A deep inner meditation through Yoga Nidra and Breathwork Awakening the slumbering Goddess within. A nourishing practice of rest and receiving. Connecting deeply to our breath . This session ends with a practice Hiranya Garbha. Awakening our divine creation within
