Join Kira Mae Kazuko, Breathwork Artist and ALO Wellness Club instructor, for a special edition of Awaken the Breath in honor of World Breathing Day.
Hosted on the beach in front of 1 Hotel South Beach, this immersive breathwork experience blends intentional breathing techniques, curated soundscapes, and guided awareness to help regulate the nervous system and deepen connection to self and community.
This month’s gathering is in celebration of World Breathing Day, an annual global event created by the International Breathwork Foundation to promote healing, unity, and the transformative power of breath. Together, we gather outside on the sand and near the ocean to participate in this worldwide moment of presence and collective regulation.
Guests are kindly asked to bring their own mats, and headphones will be provided for a fully immersive sound journey.
Awaken the Breath is designed for all levels. No prior experience is needed. Guests are guided through gentle yet powerful breathing patterns that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and renewed energy.
