This powerful session will guide you through the process of creating space within your body and mind by unlocking and releasing old traumas, energies, and emotions. Through the use of somatic breathwork, energy healing, and sound therapy, you’ll be led on a journey to reconnect with your true self and align with the frequency of love.
What You’ll Experience:
• Opening: Explanation of Somatic Breathwork and what you may experience in the session
• SomatIQ Breathwork™ Journey: Facilitated by Abigail Luvisi, this session will use a circular connected breath pattern to stimulate both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. You’ll be guided to release stuck emotions, traumas, and stress, creating space for new feelings, emotions, and potential.
As you breathe, immerse yourself in the healing sounds of carefully curated music and vibrational sounds, allowing for cathartic emotional releases such as crying, laughing, shaking, or yelling—whatever your body needs to move the energy and create space.
The second half of the breathwork session will shift to a gentler breathing technique, helping you connect with your true self and envision the life you want to create.
• One-Hour Heart-Centered Sound Bath:
Facilitated by Eryn Branham, the founder of Transcend Sound Healing, this sound bath will further integrate your breathwork experience. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments, Eryn will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, aligning your energy with the frequency of love, compassion, and self-acceptance.
• Healing and Integration: Transition into a period of deep relaxation, allowing the energy of the session to settle and integrate within you.
• Closing and Reflection: Conclude with a moment of silence and gratitude, reflecting on the love and healing you've cultivated. Carry this new sense of self-love and potential into your everyday life.
