I’m proud to announce I will be collaborating with Emma from Awaken for this fantastic event, helping with BREATHPOWER and the Gongs……Step into a powerful one day experience of deep presence, sensory awakening, and purposeful action.
Through our multi-sensory BREATHPOWER JOURNEY, connection with nature, and guided self enquiry.
You’ll dissolve the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with your inner compass.
Together we will reassess your life balance, unlock fresh clarity, and discover renewed purpose - then translate these insights into clear goals and actionable steps to sustain your next level of growth.
There will be a Gong Journey, and Dragon Frequency Tubes session during the day, which will help you to relax and let go of any tensions or anxieties and help with the meditative state.
The day will conclude with a cacao ceremony, nourishing the body, soul, and spirit, whilst awakening the heart intelligence.
