Kickstart your day at Awaken at The Sands, a sunrise wellness session blending yoga, HIIT, all set to the beats of Modernist DJ (Stevie).
Start your morning feeling strong, refreshed, and connected with a community of like-minded early risers. Arrive from 6:30am and flow through:
- Grounding Yoga to awaken the body
- Energising HIIT to get your heart pumping
- Relaxing Yoga Flow to cool down, reset and stretch
After the session, enjoy a barista coffee or hot drink and an energy ball, included with your ticket. Plus, we’ll have goodies from Yogi Peace Club & Sana Recovery and a raffle for a chance to win a Yogi Peace Club yoga mat!
