Join us for a nourishing morning designed to awaken the body, boost energy and restore inner harmony. This special workshop blends the dynamic and the restorative, guiding you through a journey of movement, breath and sound.We begin with a Yin Yang yoga practice to stimulate circulation, awaken energy and support the lymphatic system. Gentle flowing movements will build warmth and vitality before gradually slowing into longer, grounding holds that encourage deep release and balance.
You’ll then be guided through a calming breathwork practice to settle the nervous system and deepen your connection to the body.
Following movement, you will be guided into deep rest through a powerful sound journey. The rich vibrations of the gong work deeply with the nervous system, helping release stagnant energy and creating space for clarity and renewal.
There will be time after for reflection and refreshments.
