About this Event
Join us for a transformative 1 1/2 hour sound bath session designed to promote deep relaxation, balance, and inner peace. This immersive experience will include guided meditation with breathwork, followed by a sound bath featuring an array of soothing instruments such as sound bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and drums.
We’ll also host an Optional Crystal Exchange. If you have a crystal that you feel you haven’t fully connected with, bring it along—this exchange allows you to pass it on and find a new crystal that resonates with you. We’ll do a quick clearing and activation to harmonize with your new crystal’s energy. If you don't have one, we have one for you.
