Open your hearts with cacao, drop into your body with Amazonian Sananga drops. Expand and release with the breath, drift away with sound.
About this Event

Awaken Your Energy. Deepen Your Breath. Melt Into Sound.

Join us at Health In Balance on Saturday June 6th at 6:00 PM for a transformative evening that combines invigorating guided breathwork with a deeply restorative sound journey.

We begin with guided breathwork to open the body, release tension, and create spaciousness in the mind. Clear cues and a gentle pace make the practice accessible, with room to rest anytime.

Once the breath has softened your system, you’ll lie back and drift into an immersive sound bath featuring handpan, bowls, and calming vibrations. The sound helps integrate your breathwork experience, soothe the nervous system, and invite deep stillness.

Perfect if you’re seeking clarity, stress relief, or a meaningful reset.

Come breathe, unwind, and reconnect.

This session is perfect if you:
• Are new to breathwork and/or sound journeys, and are looking for an invigorating and restorative experience

• Enjoy breathwork and you like a well-guided experience
• Love sound baths and want a more embodied, preparatory experience
• Need emotional clarity, stress relief, or a fresh energetic reset
• Want a high-quality, intentional session without pressure or intensity

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided, rhythmic breathing technique done without pauses to create a continuous flow in the body. This pattern can help release stored emotions, ease stress, and support nervous-system regulation. It promotes deep relaxation, heightened self-awareness, and a deeper connection with the subconscious for overall emotional and physical well-being.

What is a sound journey?

A sound journey is a deeply relaxing experience where you lie back and immerse yourself in calming vibrations from instruments like handpan, bowls, and chimes. The layered tones help quiet the mind, release tension, and guide you into a meditative state, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and deeply restored.

Give yourself a night to breathe, release, and reconnect.
Reserve your spot and step into a clearer, calmer you.
