Awaken and Align is a Spring Equinox sound bath journey designed to honor the sacred balance of light and dark, and the gentle transition into a season of renewal. Held in the liminal energy of the Equinox, this experience invites you to pause, soften, and come back into harmony with your inner and outer rhythms.
We will begin with grounding and intention setting, allowing you to release the heaviness of winter and create space for fresh energy and clarity. As the journey unfolds, you will be immersed in a layered soundscape of the Chinese Chau gong, 432hz singing crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, crystal harp, therapy harp, and various chimes and resonant tones that move through and around your body like waves of light, soothing your nervous system, quieting your mind, and supporting deep restoration.
Inspired by the Equinox’s natural equilibrium, the sounds will help guide you into a state of balance and alignment, helping to regulate your body, ease emotional tension, and gently awaken your energy without overwhelm. This is not about force or awakening abruptly, but about soft emergence, just like the earth slowly stirring back to life.
